Operations & Logistics Manager
Location: Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire
Department: Ayilua Transport & Logistics
Role Overview: The Operations & Logistics Manager will oversee logistics coordination, warehousing operations, and transport efficiency across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day logistics and transport operations
- Coordinate freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery activities
- Optimize operational processes and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Work closely with distribution and agriculture teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- French required; English is an advantage
Technology Solutions Lead
Location: Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire / Hybrid
Department: Ayilua Technology
Role Overview: The Technology Solutions Lead will support enterprise and institutional technology initiatives, working with regional teams and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology solution design and implementation
- Coordinate with international technology partners
- Support AI, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Advise internal business units on digital transformation
- Ensure alignment with governance and security standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Experience in enterprise IT, cloud, or digital transformation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- French and English proficiency required
